Hi! I am a policy fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations, a pan-European think-tank researching and advising on European foreign and security policy. I study Eurasian domestic politics, civil-military relations and foreign & security affairs.
Before ECFR, I worked as a researcher, senior researcher and principal investigator at PPMI, European public sector consultancy company. I led research teams in policy evaluation projects and studies for DG CNECT, DG EAC and DG REGIO using mixed methods research designs, including LLMs, survey experiments, and counterfactual analysis.
I have a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Central European University and worked as a research/teaching assistant at Central European University.
