Project 1: Study to support the evaluation of cybersecurity agency
Client: Directorate of the European Commission
My role: As project coordinator, I oversaw the development, coordination, planning and implementation of the project in collaboration with two consortium partners and external experts. My responsibilities included the creation of the evaluation matrix and intervention logic and the organization of their validation workshop, as well as the analysis of the Agency’s organizational structure and performance through interviews, a survey and a public consultation. I also conducted a performance analysis of the Agency, ensuring a coordinated approach to interviews, case studies and the survey program, as well as the development of recommendations.
