Study to support the evaluation of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and the European Cybersecurity Certification Framework

My role: I oversaw the development, coordination, planning and implementation of the project in collaboration with two consortium partners and external experts. I also conducted a performance analysis of the Agency, ensuring a coordinated approach to interviews, case studies and the survey program, as well as the development of recommendations.

Interim evaluation for the 2021-2027 European Solidarity Corps, final evaluation for the 2018-2020 European Solidarity Corps and final evaluation for the 2014-2020 EU Aid Volunteers Initiative

My role: coordinating the methodological development of the project, implementing key project strands, including managing eight external experts, counterfactual analysis using survey weighting and genetic matching, and social media analysis (web scraping and LLM) of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts.
